# The Reseller / White-Label license

This document states the terms of the **Reseller / White-Label** edition of Handyman Booking OS by OsDot™ 1.0.0 (Tier 3 — Non-Transferable Resell Rights + White-Label License). It complements [LICENSE.html](https://osdots.com/docs/handyman-booking-os-license-terms/); where they differ, this document governs the reseller rights.

## Rights granted

The Purchaser of the Reseller / White-Label edition may:

- **resell** the Software to their own customers, in unlimited installations (one business each), under the Purchaser's own commercial terms;
- **white-label** the Software: replace the OsDot Solutions product identity visible to the businesses and their customers with the Purchaser's own brand, as [WHITE-LABEL-GUIDE.html](https://osdots.com/docs/handyman-booking-os-white-label-guide/) describes — the administration area's "Powered by OsDot™" line excepted (see Conditions);
- **rename** the product;
- **modify and customise** the source code, the app's source included;
- deploy the Software for the Purchaser's own business and for the Purchaser's clients.

## Conditions

- **Reseller rights are non-transferable.** The Purchaser may sell installations and usage rights of their own edition to their customers; the Purchaser may not transfer, sublicense or resell the *reseller right itself*. Each new reseller must obtain their own Reseller / White-Label license from OsDot Solutions.
- **The administration area's "Powered by OsDot™" line stays** in every installation. The same link in the public website's footer may be switched off by the business's owner.
- The Purchaser is responsible for the support of their own customers. OsDot Solutions supports the Purchaser under the option chosen in [SUPPORT-POLICY.html](https://osdots.com/docs/handyman-booking-os-support-policy/), not the Purchaser's customers.
- The Purchaser must keep the third-party notices in THIRD-PARTY-LICENSES.html with every distributed copy, because the third-party components stay under their own licenses.
- The Purchaser may not present OsDot Solutions as the author or supporter of a modified edition, and may not use OsDot Solutions trademarks for their edition unless OsDot Solutions agrees in writing.

## No online registration

This edition contains no runtime entitlement subsystem, no license key and no contact with a license server: the purchase itself is the entitlement. The Purchaser decides how their own customers are licensed.

## Perpetual usage, separate support

The reseller license is perpetual for the delivered version. Updates and support follow [SUPPORT-POLICY.html](https://osdots.com/docs/handyman-booking-os-support-policy/) and their expiry never ends the reseller license.

## Copyright

The Software remains the intellectual property of OsDot Solutions. White-labelling changes what businesses and their customers see; it does not transfer ownership of the source code or the right to grant reseller rights to others.

## Governing terms

These are the OsDot Solutions standard Tier 3 terms for the Handyman Booking OS by OsDot™ product family. A written agreement between OsDot Solutions and the Purchaser for a specific purchase prevails where it states different terms.
