# Billing, renewals, failed payments and cancelling

**Billing.** Monthly ($12) or yearly ($120) per product, as you choose. Setup is free during our launch offer; if we introduce a setup fee later, it applies to new orders only, never to existing plans.

**Renewals.** Your plan renews automatically each month or year, at the then-current price, charged to the payment method you used, until you cancel. We tell you at least 30 days before a price change applies to your plan. You see every renewal in **My Account → Subscriptions**.

**If a payment fails**

1. Your plan is put **on hold**.
2. If it is still unpaid **7 days** later, we **suspend** your site: visitors see a notice, and your data is kept. My Hosted Plan shows "Your site is paused until the overdue renewal is paid."
3. When the payment succeeds, we restore your site **within 1 business day**.

**Cancelling**

- Cancel at any time in **My Account → Subscriptions**. Your site keeps running until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Ask for an **export** before your plan ends or within **30 days** afterwards. We send it within **5 business days**, free of charge. The export is your data: your site's database and the files you uploaded (such as images and documents); it does not include the product's software.
- After those 30 days we delete your site and its data. Copies in backups expire on their normal backup cycle.

**Refunds (Refund Policy §4)**

- Before we start setting up your site: full refund of your first payment, on request.
- Within 14 days of your first payment, once your site is set up: refund of the plan price.
- Renewals: a monthly renewal is not refundable; a yearly renewal is refundable in full within 14 days of the renewal date.
- If we cannot set up or keep running your site for a reason on our side: refund of the unused part of the period you have paid for.
