Before you start
Can I cancel, and what happens to my data?–
Yes. You can cancel any time in My Account → Subscriptions; your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for. Before it ends, ask us for an export of your data and files, and we send it to you.
How soon is my site ready?–
Your site is usually ready within 24 hours of your order. We set it up by hand, then e-mail you your admin address, your username and a link to set your own password.
Can I move to Buy & Own later?+
Yes. Buy the edition you need and ask us for an export of your data. You install it on your own hosting, or we do it for you with the Installation Service.
Can I use my own domain?+
Yes. Start on the free temporary address, then point your domain to us with one DNS change. We send you the exact record and set up SSL for it.
How do renewals work?–
Your plan renews automatically each month or year at the then-current price, charged to the payment method you used, until you cancel. You see every renewal in My Account.
