Android release builds have been verified on an emulator. The iOS project is configured in the source; building and signing it requires a Mac with Xcode and an Apple Developer account, and iOS builds have not been verified for this release. No prebuilt app and no Google Play or App Store listing is included.

Single Site and Multi Site activate online with a licence key during installation and check their licence status periodically; deactivating an installation frees its slot. Only the licence key, the installation identity, the installation host and the product version are sent to the OsDot Solutions licence server. The full terms ship with the package (LICENSE.html).

Academy & Exam OS works on compatible shared hosting, cloud hosting, and VPS hosting. A VPS is not required. Your server must meet the listed PHP, database, HTTPS, URL-rewriting, database-privilege, and cron requirements. The built-in installer checks compatibility before installation.

Hosted service, licence server, the app, exam formats, AI costs, updates
Is it a hosted service?
No. Each installation serves one institute on hosting you choose. It is not a hosted service and not multi-tenant.
Does the software contact a licence server?
Single Site and Multi Site installations are activated online during installation and confirm their status periodically with the OsDot Solutions licence server. Only the licence key, the installation identity, the installation host and the product version are transmitted. The Reseller / White-Label edition contains no licence-activation code and does not contact a licence server.
Is the Flutter app licensed separately?
No. Every licence includes the Flutter app source; there is no separate app licence or add-on. The app needs an Academy & Exam OS installation to work.
Is it suitable for NEET or JEE preparation?
It supports the formats such institutes use: Mock Tests with up to 200 questions per attempt, and positive and negative marking such as +4 / −1, configurable for each test and section. It has no affiliation with any examination body and ships no question content of its own, only a small synthetic demo dataset that you can remove.
Does AI practice cost extra?
The product includes no AI credits. You connect your own OpenAI, Gemini or Claude account, and the provider bills you directly. AI practice is off by default.
How are updates installed?
Normal software updates are made available through the product download in your osdots.com account; they do not depend on Priority Support. Each later update ships its own step-by-step notes.

The demo is a separate website running Academy & Exam OS with sample data. Browse it as a visitor, or sign in with one of the three shared demo accounts below.
Demo data resets every 12 hours. Any progress or changes may be removed at the next reset. The demo uses sample data only: do not enter real personal, payment, confidential or API information. Branding, integration and payment changes are locked in the demo.

Google Sign-In: Academy & Exam OS supports Google Sign-In with the institute’s own Google client. It is disabled in the hosted demo, where “Continue with Google” only explains this; sign in with the accounts above.

The student app from Academy & Exam OS, built for evaluation. It connects only to the Academy & Exam OS public demo and shows its sample data. It is not on Google Play and it is not your institute’s production app: your own app is built from the included Flutter source under your institute’s name.

- Open the downloaded file. The app is installed directly, not from Google Play, so Android may ask you to allow installs from unknown sources (your browser or file manager) first.

- PayPal checkout: students can now pay with PayPal alongside Stripe and Razorpay. Payments are confirmed by your server with PayPal, refunds work from the order page, and PayPal notifications are verified before they change anything.
- Currency-aware checkout: each package offers only the payment methods that accept its currency, and the payment settings warn when an enabled method cannot take a currency you use.
- Stripe: the connection test also checks which currencies your Stripe account supports and warns about any you use that it does not list.
- New installations start with USD and international wording; existing settings are never changed by the update.
- Mobile app source: order details show the payment provider by name (for example, "PayPal").
