License Agreement
Last updated: 3 October 2026
This License Agreement (“Agreement”) sets out what you may do with software you buy or download from osdots.com: web applications, mobile app source code, scripts, documentation and related files (“Software”). It is an agreement between you and OsDot Solutions, based in India (“OsDot”, “we”, “us”). By downloading, installing, activating or using the Software you accept this Agreement. If you do not accept it, do not use the Software and see our Refund Policy.
Each product’s download also contains its own licence file (LICENSE.html, and RESELLER-LICENSE.html in a Reseller / White-Label edition). Those files state the terms for that product and edition. Where they are more specific than this Agreement, they apply.
1. The licence
When you pay for an edition, OsDot grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to install, use, modify and customise that Software within the limits of your edition, as described below. “Perpetual” means the licence does not expire and needs no further payment. The licence starts when your payment is confirmed.
You are buying a licence, not the Software itself. OsDot and its licensors keep all ownership, copyright and other intellectual-property rights in the Software.
2. Full source code
Our products include their source code in readable form: the web application and, where the product page says so, the Flutter mobile app source for Android and iOS. You may read, change and extend the code for the uses your edition allows. Having the source code does not by itself give you the right to share, resell or sublicense it.

4. Single Site
You may:
- install the web application on one production website (one domain or subdomain), activated with your licence key;
- use it for your own personal or business purposes, including commercially (for example selling your own courses or services through it);
- change its code, design and content, and brand the installation as your own website (your logo, name and colours);
- build and publish one mobile app from the included Flutter source that connects to that licensed website.
You may not install it for a client, or resell, sublicense, share or redistribute the Software or its source code.
5. Multi Site
You may do everything a Single Site licence allows, on up to five production installations activated with your licence key at the same time, for your own business or for your clients (each client installation counts as one of the five). For each licensed installation you may build and publish one mobile app that connects to it, under your own or your client’s developer account.
You may not resell or redistribute the Software as a product, sublicense it, or give your clients the source code to reuse beyond their own installation.
6. Reseller / White-Label
A Reseller / White-Label licence lets you:
- rename and rebrand the product itself (its product name and package label), white-label it and change its design, features and code;
- sell installations, usage rights and apps of your edition to your own customers, under your own commercial terms;
- deploy it for your own business and your clients.
Conditions:
- The reseller right is non-transferable. You may sell your edition to customers, but you may not sell, assign or pass on the right to resell. Your customers receive a licence to use the copy you supply to them, never a reseller or white-label right. Anyone else who wants to resell must buy their own Reseller / White-Label licence from OsDot.
- This edition has no licence key and no online activation. Your purchase is your entitlement, and the conditions in
RESELLER-LICENSE.htmlapply in full. - You support your own customers (see the Terms of Service).
- You must keep the third-party licence notices with every copy you distribute, and you may not present OsDot as the author, publisher or supporter of your modified edition, or use the OsDotâ„¢ name or logos for your edition without our written agreement.
- White-labelling changes what users see; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying Software.
7. Activation and installations
- Single Site and Multi Site installations of the web application are activated online with your licence key. The installation contacts the OsDot licence server only to activate, to confirm its status about once a day and to deactivate. It sends only the licence key, the installation identity, the host name and the product version; it never sends data about your users.
- Production installation means an installation that is used by real users or the public. Local, development, staging and test copies used only for building and testing do not need a separate licence; if the product counts them as activations, deactivate them when you no longer need them. Test copies must not be used to run a live service.
- You can move an installation to a new server or domain by deactivating it on the old one and activating it on the new one. The documentation explains how.
- The mobile app built from the included Flutter source connects to your licensed website and does not use an activation of its own.
- Do not bypass, disable or tamper with the licence check, or share your licence key. Your licence key is personal to your account.
8. Mobile apps you build
- You may build the Android and iOS apps from the included source and publish them under your own Google Play and Apple developer accounts, in your name or your client’s name, as allowed for your edition in sections 4 to 6.
- You are the publisher of any app you or we publish for you. You are responsible for the store listing, your privacy policy, the stores’ content and data declarations, compliance with Apple’s and Google’s policies, and keeping your signing keys safe.
- OsDot does not publish customer apps under OsDot’s accounts. Store fees and review decisions are set by Apple and Google, and approval is not guaranteed. If you buy our Android or iOS Build & Deployment service, section 7 of the Terms of Service applies.
- Where the product documentation says a platform build (for example the iOS build) has not been independently certified for a version, build and test it on your own devices before you publish.
9. Updates
Normal software updates and published security and defect fixes for your product are made available to licensed customers through the product download in your OsDot account, with no time limit. Updates are not tied to Priority Support, and the end of a support plan never ends a licence.
OsDot decides what each update contains and when it is released. The licence covers the versions you receive; it is not a promise of new features, or of compatibility with every future version of PHP, databases, Flutter, operating systems, app stores or third-party services. Each updated version is licensed to you under the licence for your edition.
10. Support
Every licence includes Self-Service support (documentation, updates, fixes, and help with orders, downloads and licence keys). Personal technical support is available through the optional Priority Support plan. The details are in section 6 of the Terms of Service. Support status never affects your licence.
11. Pro membership (closed)
The Pro membership programme closed on 24 October 2026. A licence bought at a member price before then keeps exactly the same rights as one bought at full price.
12. What is not allowed
Unless your edition clearly allows it, you may not:
- sell, resell, sublicense, rent, lend, share or give away the Software or its source code, including on marketplaces, file-sharing sites, public repositories or “nulled” script sites;
- use a single licence for more production installations than your edition allows;
- transfer your licence to someone else without our written agreement (we normally agree when a business is sold or a site changes owner; contact us);
- remove or change copyright notices or third-party licence notices;
- use the OsDotâ„¢ name, logo or product names as your own brand, or suggest that OsDot endorses your business, except for the factual “Powered by OsDotâ„¢” attribution;
- use the Software for unlawful purposes or to infringe anyone’s rights.
13. “Powered by OsDotâ„¢”
Some products show a “Powered by OsDotâ„¢” link. In the public website footer it is a setting that the site owner may switch off. In the staff or admin area it is part of the software and should be kept in every edition, unless the licence file of your edition says otherwise.
14. Third-party components
The Software includes open-source and other third-party components (for example frameworks, libraries, fonts and icons), each under its own licence. They are listed in THIRD-PARTY-LICENSES.html in your download. Their licences apply to those components and are not replaced by this Agreement. Third-party services you connect, such as payment, AI, SMS, e-mail or Google services, are governed by those providers’ own terms and fees.
15. Revocation
We may suspend or revoke a licence if you seriously break this Agreement, for example by redistributing or reselling the Software without the right to do so, sharing licence keys, tampering with the licence check, or reversing your payment without a valid reason. Where the breach can be put right, we will first tell you and give you a reasonable time to fix it. On revocation you must stop using the Software and delete your copies. A licence that has been refunded is cancelled.
16. Warranty and liability
We build our products carefully and describe them honestly, but the Software is licensed “as is” beyond what the product page and documentation describe. You are responsible for checking the System Requirements, testing before going live, securing your server and keeping backups. The warranty and limitation-of-liability terms in sections 13 and 14 of the Terms of Service apply to this Agreement. Nothing in it limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
17. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction, as set out in the Terms of Service. Consumers keep any protection of their own country’s law that cannot be excluded by contract.
