Not included
Custom development (quoted separately), server administration, third-party hosting administration and unlimited consulting. Hosting, DNS, e-mail deliverability, certificates, connected third-party services and app-store deployment under your own developer accounts are outside both support options.
How it works
Priority Support is a yearly subscription, one per customer. Support requests go through OsDot Support; include your product version, your package name and, for installation problems, the relevant lines of the installation log. You can cancel from your osdots.com account; when it ends, only personal support stops.
