What a Hosted Plan includes
With a Hosted Plan we install, host and update one OsDot product for you, and you run your business from the product’s admin panel. Each plan is for one product and one website, named “<Product> — Hosted Plan”. You need no technical or hosting skills.
Included
- Hosting and installation.
- An SSL certificate (a secure https address).
- Updates of the product.
- Backups.
- Support through our ticket system.
What you get: the admin login of your site. You manage your business, your content and your team there.
Not included
- The product’s source code.
- Access to the server, the hosting panel, FTP or the database.
- Custom work, which we quote separately.
- Third-party fees: domain registration, Google Play and Apple developer accounts, and the payment and SMS services your site uses.
Price: $12 a month or $120 a year per product. Setup is free during our launch offer. Domains and app setups are extra.
Your data: you remain the controller of the personal data your site holds; we process it only on your behalf, to host, back up, update and support your site and to give you an export.
Fair use: your plan is for the normal use of one product by your business. If your site places an unusual load on the server, we contact you first to agree a solution.
