Using your own domain or registering a new one

Your site starts on a free temporary address. Add a domain whenever you are ready.

A domain you already own (included)

  1. Tell us the domain (reply to our e-mail or open a ticket).
  2. We e-mail you the exact DNS record to add at your domain’s registrar: one DNS change.
  3. When the record works, we connect the domain to your site and set up its SSL certificate.

DNS changes can take a few hours to spread.

A new domain registered for you (priced separately)

  1. We e-mail you the price before we register anything.
  2. You pay it as a separate order.
  3. We register the domain in your name (you are the registrant) and manage it for you, then connect it to your site with its SSL certificate.
  4. Its yearly renewal is invoiced to you separately.

A domain we registered for you is not refundable once registered, because the registration fee goes to the registry.
