We update the product on your site for you. You do not install anything.

• We try each new version on our own test site first, then update the sites we host.
• We back up your site before an update.
• Where we can, we do maintenance at quiet times.
• If you notice something wrong after an update, open a support ticket.

We take reasonable care to keep your site available and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
